How it works

Click the button below and complete the form with your full name and the email address linked to your Skolarix account.

We verify your identity

We may send a confirmation email to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

Your account is deleted

Within 14 days of your verified request, your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

What happens to your data

  • Email address
  • Payment information
  • Account profile & settings

Retained (anonymized)

  • Quiz history & scores
  • Aggregated usage data
  • No personal identifiers kept
Retention period: Anonymized quiz data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you in any way after your account is deleted.
